Lizards are a favorite with Mau, too.
We keep the cat food in a tub with a lid that screws on. It keeps the food fresh, and keeps critters of various kinds out.
Dave, I’d like you to eat ground up and dried chicken and rice and see how long it takes before YOU crack!
P.S. Your cat is the devil.
Amy, for any animal that happily eats crickets and lizards, chicken and rice, even dried, is gourmet food! Why do you think Moxie tried so hard to get at it?

Cat – 1; Belland’s – 0. We are lucky; Mau is a self-disciplined(?) cat. She was happy to be able to spend a couple of days pursuing a rogue cricket in the living room, happily eating it hoof, horns & toenails the other day. You could maybe pacify Moxie by releasing crickets & bugs in your house…
